Who is behind RetsSprog?
RetsSprog is a platform for independent interpreters and translators – not a company. The interpreters accept assignments and invoice individually in their own names as private individuals (without a CVR number, i.e. not registered in the Danish Central Business Register).
The agreement for an assignment is made directly between the client and the interpreter who carries it out, and the invoice is issued in the interpreter's name. RetsSprog is not itself a party to the agreement. You are always told which interpreter will take on the assignment before it begins.

Governing law and jurisdiction
The interpreters on the platform are based in Denmark and provide their services under Danish law. All agreements are governed by Danish law, and any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts in Copenhagen – unless mandatory rules, e.g. on consumer protection, provide otherwise.
VAT and payment
The work is carried out without VAT unless expressly agreed otherwise. Payment is due in full on receipt of invoice, without deduction (net cash).
